On the Job
You've heard the question way too many times. What do you want to be when you grow up? Permit us to make a suggestion: an engineer.
Meet our Alumni | View»
College is the beginning of your career, and if you major in engineering that career is pretty likely to be awesome. Our alumni do amazing things on the job (and in their personal lives). Every month we interview a graduate of the school to find out what they've been up to since they've left. Some make Hot Wheels cars, some run science museums, some invented the microprocessor, and some have founded innovative companies.

But does it pay? | View»
Because people with good technical skills are very hard to find, engineers are paid well. Money certainly isn't everything, but it's not so bad to be paid to do something you love. This link leads to salary survey data, showing what various studnets make in their first jobs after school.
Teens and Teachers pages feedback

A wide variety of careers await students with an engineering education. Our alumni work at places like Google, NASA, Mattel, Nike, American Express, the Cleveland Browns, and the U.S. House of Representatives (back in the 1930s alumnus Herbert Hoover was the President of the United States).
