This workshop helps participants to think strategically about how they market themselves to take the next step in their careers by applying the framework of a business-marketing plan. In today's business climate, articulating and communicating one’s brand is key to creating rewarding opportunities. This workshop includes interactive exercises, marketing frameworks, and practical tools that encourage participants to think strategically about their career management, build their professional brand and communicate in a way that gets results.

Rebecca Zucker specializes in executive and leadership development as well as career transition. She has coached individuals throughout the United States and Europe, from the manager level to CEO, and has worked with numerous executive teams.
Recent projects include designing a conflict management session for the 50 top executives at a privately-held food company, delivering sessions on coaching for performance to a pharmaceutical company and to a major strategy consulting firm, and leading career development workshops at MBA programs at Stanford, UCLA, Duke, Carnegie-Mellon and the University of Denver. Her clients have included Hewlett Packard, Genentech, Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, Mellon Capital and the Sloan Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Rebecca was previously an Associate at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and later worked as a Vice President at Robertson Stephens, where she ran training and development for over 300 investment banking professionals. She has also worked for Disney Consumer Products in Paris as Manager of Strategic Planning for Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Rebecca has been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and USA Today, among other publications on career and workplace issues. While at Disney, she was also named one the top rising businesswomen by Working Woman.
Rebecca graduated as Valedictorian from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, with a major in International Business & Economics, and holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Rebecca's professional coaching certification is from The Coaches Training Institute.
