The team who coordinated the career fair did an excellent job. They were very helpful with any questions we had. The caliber of attendees was excellent!

Employer check-in
The fair will be open for company registration and setup at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2009. The employer registration table will be located just inside the front door entrance.
Each attending organization will be assigned a skirted 2’ x 8’ table and three chairs per registration fee. Employer attendance is restricted to a maximum of three recruiting representatives per table.
Employers may bring most any type of exhibit, display or booth as long as it does not interfere with adjacent tables or project into the area in front of the table.
Note: Please note that if your display is larger than the assigned space we may request that it be taken down. This is to ensure that your neighboring companies have access to their entire area.
Meals and refreshments
A box meal will be available for recruiters in the Employer Lounge on the 2nd floor starting at 2:30 p.m. Refreshments will also be available throughout the day.
Note: Employers and Alumni will each have separate lounge areas. We request that employers do not enter the Alumni Lounge area as this is intended to be a space for alumni to network with each other, unwind, and/or prepare for their visits to company tables.
Parking
Employers will be asked to part in the nearby Microsoft parking lot. The museum parking lot is reserved for alumni only and employers will be asked to leave if they park there. A parking map is available to employers once they register.
Handling of Recruiting Materials
Employers using recruiting materials are encouraged to ship them ahead of time. Please ship materials to the Computer History Museum making sure that they arrive no more than 1 week prior to the event. Please address the mailing label as follows:
