Employer Registration

[I] attended an alumni job fair as a hiring manager. The fair was extremely valuable.

Registration fee

$875 per table for three company respresentatives by June 30, 2009
$950 per table for three company representatives after June 30, 2009

Employers wishing to bring more than three representatives may reserve a second table
by paying an additional $875 (by June 30) or $950 (after June 30).

We will provide each registered employer with:

  • 8' skirted display table
  • Three chairs
  • Meals and refreshments for three people

Program booklet advertisement fee (optional)

Employers also have the option to purchase additional advertisement space in the program booklet.

Cost: $300 half page or $500 full page
Acceptable formats: .eps, .tiff, or high-quality .jpeg
Ad dimensions:
Full page = 8"W x 10"H"
Half page= 8"W x 4.5" H (horizontal); or 3.5"W x 10" H (vertical)

Please submit camera-ready, black and white artwork no later than August 14 to 
Barbara McCain.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of registration and ad fees will be made if we receive notice of your cancellation by August 14, 2009. After that date, no refunds will be granted.

Review Process

Each registration will be reviewed and a confirmation e-mail sent following that review process. We reserve the right to deny any registration that is not considered appropriate for this event.

To register, you will be taken through five (5) steps in the following pages, including:

Step 1: Company registration
Step 2: Select table and advertisement options
Step 3: Verify transaction details
Step 4: Provide payment information (credit card or check)
Step 5: Receive registration confirmation

Once all steps are completed you are fully registered for the Alumni Job Fair. Until payment is received, your registration is tentative. Please note: your payment is expected by August 14, 2009 or your spot may be given to a waitlisted company.
