School of Engineering events

We host a variety of events with renowned faculty and alumni, both on and off campus. For example:

• School of Engineering Heroes – Annually, we recognize the achievements of Stanford engineers who have profoundly advanced the course of human, social and economic progress through engineering.
• Intersections – We partner with schools throughout the university to bring together faculty to talk about issues and advancements in an interdisciplinary setting. This series of events features faculty from across the university.
• Engineering Reunion – Each year, we hold a gathering for all alumni that includes student posters, tours, food and drink and short lectures by faculty who are conducting exciting research.

University Events

Stanford University holds events almost every day of the year, many of which are streamed online for those who cannot attend in person. Whether it’s an art exhibit, a sporting event, a dance recital or concert, there’s something for everyone. Bookmark the University calendar so you don’t miss out.
