Samuel Holtzman
Dr. Holtzman is passionate about simplifying the complexities that make life difficult.
He has founded or cofounded five companies, serving as CEO in four of them. He has led high-achievement teams for three decades – teams that use mathematics, engineering, and science to improve human life.
Companies: Ayax Systems, Inc.QuDec, Inc.Rosa & Co. LLCRosa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Entelos, Inc.
He was a partner in Strategic Decisions Group (SDG).
Dr. Holtzman has also served as chairman of the board of EiRx Pharma, Ltd. (England/Ireland), technology advisor for Accept Software, Inc., cofounder and board member of Connesar, Inc., and strategic advisor for Data Digest Corp.
He wrote Intelligent Decision Systems, Addison-Wesley, 1989, and has written dozens of technical papers.
Dr. Holtzman received a PhD in Decision Analysis from EES (now MS&E) at Stanford University and an E.E., S.M., and S.B. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, from MIT.
He is a Fellow of the Society of Decision Professionals, a recipient of the 2000 R&D 100 Award for the invention and practical realization of Entelos® PhysioLabs™, and a member of Eta Kappa Nu and Sigma Xi.
