Jamie Young

B.S., M.S. ’16 , Mechanical Engineering
I’m going to be spending a summer in India working with Suzlon Energy to help design large wind turbines.

I’m excited to both live in a foreign country and work on a renewable energy project. I see it as a way for me to apply the technical skill set that I’ve honed during my time at Stanford and I feel a moral responsibility to use my skills as an engineer to give back to society in ways that are useful.
